Project / Programme Management

Most of our consultants are certified Project Management Practitioners. We excel in managing the delivery of highly complex programmes and initiatives, across a wide range of industry sectors and disciplines. Our ability to determine and manage the expectations of various stakeholders ensures buy-in, and facilitates informed decision making at all levels of the organisation. We utilise the JPACE approach to project management: Justify, Plan, Activate, Control and End - which ensures on time, in budget completion of deliverables.

Portfolio Management

In addition to individual project management, we have a proven track record in the management of several projects within a portfolio. Key to our success is our ability to design and implement appropriate governance structures, as well as dashboards to monitor and report of progress against deliverables. Our ability to engage stakeholders at all levels, ensures delivery of even the most complex portfolios of projects.

Change Management

We have a unique understanding, not only of the challenges faced by organisations, but also of the potential obstacles to the implementation of new projects. We tailor our approach to suit the organisation and make use of a variety of tools, such as online surveys and face-to-face engagement sessions to determine the organisational readiness for change and areas requiring additional focus. Stakeholder mapping and the development of a communication plan form vital components of our change management process. Three of our consultants are internationally licensed Prosci Change Management practitioners

Performance management

Our first hand experience of managing staff, in combination with our specialist HR skills, allows us to develop performance management systems that motivate staff to deliver results and reward appropriate behaviour. We work closely with senior management and HR on assignments to design solutions tailored to the organisation, assist in the implementation, and act as independent advisors in ongoing assessment of individual staff performance.

Solution Implementation

A large proportion of our assignments involve the implementation of existing client projects. Our consultants have extensive experience across a wide range of industries and disciplines. As 'execution specialists', we employ formal project management methodologies and excel at identifying obstacles to implementation.

Training

A key competency that sets us apart, is our ability to transfer skills to our clients at every stage of the project. We pride ourselves in working closely with our clients and developing long standing relationships with them. We provide on-the-job training, offer formal project management training programmes presented by our team, who are able to support theory with first-hand experience and real life examples.
