Process Modeling and Simulation
We combine conventional business process mapping with the ability to model and simulate business processes. During simulation, cycle times, throughput rates, unit cost guidelines and resource bottlenecks are determined. Processes are then optimised and specific scenarios can be explored, such as increased throughput rates and varied arrival patterns for transactions. Areas for improvement are identified and quantitative data generated, which is then used to form recommendations regarding current and required capabilities.
