Organisation Design

Our approach to organisational (re-)design focuses on both the macro- and micro components of (re)structuring. The macro organisational design is largely about overall size and shape and is driven top-down by overall strategy. The micro-organisational design, on the other hand, focuses on jobs and people and is largely bottom-up driven by operational concerns. A large majority of our projects require an element of organisational design which is one of our core competencies.
